What room do I report to for my session?>
In the Campus Center Lobby Area.

How long will a photo session take?
Depending on how busy the photographers are at the time, the amount of time your session takes will vary. Try to schedule an appointment where you will have around 30 minutes of free time. You will also be filling out a questionnaire about your experience at NJIT and will have the opportunity to purchase a yearbook.

What should I wear for my session?

WOMEN: Your session will include poses in your own blouse, sweater, or business attire plus poses in academic cap and gown. The studio will provide the academic attire.
NOTE (if you would like to color coordinate) that for Bachelor’s and Master’s candidates, academic attire will consist of a black gown plus colored hood according to college/degree:
NCE: Orange (All degrees)
HCAD: Purple (All degrees)
CSLA: White (BA/MA), Gold (BS/MS)
MTSM: Brown (All degrees)

Please make checks payable to "NJIT Nucleus Yearbook".
You can also pre-order a yearbook now by visiting our "Order Now" section.
There are special promotions during the portrait sessions so be on a look out for a great deal.

When do I pay for the portraits?
It is FREE to register for and take your portraits. If you would like to purchase the photos, a packet of proofs will be sent to you within 2 weeks of your session.

Which pose will appear in the yearbook?
The gown pose will appear in the yearbook. By registering for and attending your Portrait Session, your photo will automatically be included in the yearbook.
